Colonial Thanksgiving Service

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2021; 9:30 a.m.
Come dressed as in days of old when our forefathers gathered together to give thanks to the Lord. This is the
one time of the year when we remember how our forefathers would worship God. The difference is that in
days of old the service was 3 hours long, we keep it to an hour. (The Long Prayer was actually an hour long).
Line Singing, which is singing a hymn without a musical instrument, or the words printed but following the
leader is part of the service as well. It is based on an old service, but it can be a new experience and can give
a greater appreciation for how our forefathers sacrificed and persevered.
